Commemorative planting and seats

Commemorative categories include planting, seats with a plaque and other memorials and monuments. These help memorialise or celebrate significant events, such as a birth or death.

Commemorative plants

Applications for commemorative trees are on hold while the scheme is being reviewed. Thank you for your patience.

Commemorative seats

You can apply to donate a commemorative seat with a plaque. The seat is maintained by Council and the plaque is your responsibility. The plaque will be for a 20-year term from the date of installation.

The seat’s design and location must meet Council requirements.
